- If you send a prior notice to cancel the appointment within 3 hours before the appointment: The full amount paid will be deducted.
Reschedule the appointment
You can reschedule a previously booked appointment only once in 24 hours.
Delay in appointment
- Please plan to arrive on time out of respect and consideration for service professionals and other customers.
- If you are 10 minutes late for the appointment, your appointment will be shortened, taking into account other customers.
